Kulturhotel Fuerst Pueckler Park - Bad Muskau

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was very close to the wonderful park, making it easy to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful, lending us a phone charger when we forgot ours. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable and big bed. the breakfast was of high quality.

The location at the main gate to the Muskauer Park is great. The hotel staff is friendly. Our room was clean and quite spacious. We came by bike and we appreciated the locked room to keep our bikes overnight.

The service in the restaurant needs improvement. We wanted to eat dinner there. Unfortunately after a long wait it turned out that our orders were forgotten by the staff. The most annoying was the fact that the waitress was unfriendly and was trying to suggest that we in fact didn't order anything. It took a bit of discussion until we finally got our dinner with an apology.

The location near the park was wonderful and we appreciated the locked room to keep our bikes overnight. The breakfast was large and satisfying.

The restaurant service needs improvement. Our orders were forgotten by the staff and the waitress was unfriendly.

No air conditioning in the room and the room was not well cleaned, there were holes in the bed sheets, and the walls were thin. the staff was unprofessional and there were noisy guests.

The value for money is not great compared to some similarly priced hotels in Germany.

We were lucky enough to be given an extra large room and bathroom designed for a wheelchair guest, providing us with plenty of room to move around. The location of this hotel right at the main gate to the park was fantastic. It made it very convenient for us to explore the wonderful park and take in all the beautiful sights. We were also impressed with the secure storage for our bikes, as it ensured that our belongings were safe and sound. Additionally, the breakfasts served here were very good, offering a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. The bed in our room was big and comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. We were truly impressed with the service and amenities provided at this hotel, and would highly recommend it to our family and friends.
